By accessing or using the Nouvos.ai platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Nouvos.ai is an AI-powered trading platform. The Service connects to your brokerage account and executes trades on your behalf. Nouvos does not hold client funds: all assets remain in your brokerage account at all times.

3. Risk Disclosure

Trading in securities involves substantial risk of loss. Past performance does not guarantee future results. The use of AI-driven strategies does not eliminate market risk. You may lose some or all of your invested capital. You should only trade with funds you can afford to lose.

4. Fees and Commission

Nouvos charges a performance-based commission on net profits. The commission rate depends on your connected brokerage. No fees are charged during periods of zero or negative returns.

5. Account Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a Canadian resident with a valid brokerage account to use the Service. You are responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nouvos Technologies Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or other intangibles, resulting from your use of the Service.

7. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by disconnecting your brokerage and contacting support. Nouvos reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
